Each service is thoughtfully designed to support healthier feet while providing the comfort, attention, and refinement you deserve. Studio Policies At Remedy Nail Studio, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with personalized, unhurried care. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Appointment Retainer A retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. **This is not an additional fee** and will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Retainers are fully refundable when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least **24 hours before the scheduled appointment time**. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Late Arrivals Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive on time so that your full service can be completed without compromising the quality of your experience. Clients arriving more than **20 minutes late** will need to reschedule their appointment, and the original retainer will be forfeited. Cancellations & Unexpected Circumstances I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, because your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you, the cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for a late cancellation or missed appointment. A new retainer will be required when booking your next appointment. Toenail Enhancements & Product Removal If you currently have **toenail enhancements or product that requires removal**, please select the appropriate removal service when booking. Removal requires additional appointment time and must be scheduled in advance so your service can be performed thoroughly and without being rushed. Toenail Restoration Toenail restoration is priced **per toenail** and should be booked according to the number of nails requiring cosmetic restoration. For example, if three toenails require restoration, please select a quantity of three when booking. Final suitability for toenail restoration will be determined at your appointment based on the condition of the natural nail and surrounding skin. Foot & Nail Health Your health and safety are an important part of the Remedy experience. Services may be modified, postponed, or declined when a condition is present that falls outside the scope of cosmetic nail care or may make the service unsafe. When appropriate, you may be advised to consult a qualified medical professional before receiving certain services. Guests & Caregivers To maintain a peaceful, private, and safe studio environment, appointments are reserved for the scheduled client. **One caregiver may accompany a client when assistance is needed.** For safety reasons, babies and children are not permitted in the studio due to professional products, tools, and equipment used during services. Booking for Another Guest If you are scheduling an appointment on behalf of someone else, please enter the **guest's name and information** when booking and ensure they have reviewed the studio policies prior to their appointment. The person receiving the service is expected to follow all Remedy Nail Studio booking and studio policies. Comfort & Accessibility The pedicure seating at Remedy Nail Studio accommodates clients up to **550 lbs.** If you have mobility or accessibility needs that may affect your appointment, please contact the studio before booking so I can help determine how to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Parking Street parking is available near the studio. Please allow additional time before your appointment to locate parking and arrive on time.
